Our Office

Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of The Center for Periodontics & Implant Surgery's office operations. To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing.

From the West & South:

Take Route 53 to the Dundee Rd. exit. Go east (right) about 1/2 mile to the: Plaza Verde Shopping Center The Plaza is on your right (south side of Dundee). Look to turn right at the Burger King. 

From the East & North: 

Take Dundee Rd. west to Arlington Heights Road. Look for the: Plaza Verde Shopping Center The Plaza is on the southwest corner (left side). We are at the west wing of the plaza, next to the Burger King.

Appointments 

We know you have many choices when choosing a Periodontist in Buffalo Grove, IL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

The primary purpose of our practice is to provide quality periodontal and implant care at reasonable fees. These fees will always be quoted and discussed in advance of treatment.

We understand that finances may be a concern. Our financial administrator will be happy to assist you in making financial arrangements. A variety of payment arrangements, including an interest free installment plan are available. As an added convenience to our patients, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
