The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

Elisa – Treatment Coordinator

Elisa began her career in dentistry with Dr. Freeman as his surgical assistant in 1980.  She received her surgical and implant training from The Mish Implant Institute and Northwestern University Dental School.  Elisa remains very active in continuing education, serving as the administrator for the Lake Cook Dental Study Club.

Elisa continues to be an intragal part of our team as our Treatment Coordinator.  Her many years of training and experience ensure our patients receive the quality of care and professionalism they have come to expect.

 

Kelly – Appointment Administrator

Kelly was a welcome addition to our team as our Appointment Administrator in 2003.  After graduation from the University of Seoul Korea, she came to the United States and began her career in dentistry.  She truly complements our team with her administrative skills.

Kelly enjoys aiding our Korean speaking patients and they truly appreciate it.  Her professionalism and attention to detail have been a great value to our practice.

 

Nikki – Surgical Assistant

We have been lucky to have Nikki as part of our team since 2001.  After 10 years of experience in general dentistry, she was challenged to move into the position of surgical assistant with our periodontal practice.

Nikki prides herself on making our patients feel relaxed and comfortable at all appointments and will make sure your every need is attended to at each visit.

 

Afag – Surgical Assistant

Before joining our team, Afag practiced her nursing career in Baku Azerbaijan and is now a certified Phlebotomist in the United States.

Besides English, Afag is fluent in Russian, Turkish and Azerian.  Her nursing, language and phlebotomy skills have provided to be a necessary asset to our clinical team.

Afag makes sure our patients are cared for and comfortable during their appointments.  Her caring and gentle approach is truly appreciated by our patients.

 

Heather – RDH

After completing her Bachelors Degree at Northern Illinois University in 2002, she pursued her post graduate education in Dental Hygiene.  Choosing to focus on her career in periodontics was a choice she made early in her career.  She thoroughly understands the complexities of patient care and has a gentle nature that puts patients at ease.

Heather brings a fresh current approach to the CPID team.  Her enthusiasm has been contagious to team members and patient alike.
